David Kuhnlein is the author of Bloodletter, Die Closer to Me, Decay Never Came, and Six Six Six. He edited the horror anthology Lizard Brain and hosts a reading series at Cafe 1923 in Hamtramck, MI.

Gail Kuhnlein is the author of the children’s picture books How Happy Is a Lark? and just released Into the Thicket. The story is based on a real-life adventure when her young son found an injured baby rabbit. The book encompasses an appreciation for wildlife, compassion, overcoming fears, loving and letting go, and how even small acts of kindness make a difference in a great, big world.  Gail is also on Bluesky and runs a blog.
